I’ve even heard rumors that if you’re a season ticket holder, you’re charged for the playoff tickets and don’t get a refund – instead, you get a credit for next year’s season tickets.

Look, I love the Cardinals, and I have a good friend who works in the ticketing office, but this policy is nuts.
