My wife and I are leaving our daughter overnight with her parents so that we can drive to Las Vegas to recreate the greatest meal of all-time at Bouchon at the Venetian.

You see, the first time we ate at Bouchon, my wife ordered wrong – she had the seafood, I had the Steak Pomme Frites. She’s looking to rectify her prior ordering snafu.

We’re also planning on eating the hell out of the Foie Gras appetizer.
