“In God We Trust” signs popping up all over Missouri

Dee Wampler is one of those Christian lawyers who thinks separation of church and state is a myth. And, like many Christians who love their revisionist history, he seems to have a lot of influence.

Wampler is currently on a mission to have the phrase “IN GOD WE TRUST” posted in every City Hall in the state of Missouri.

I’m embarrassed to live in this state sometimes.

    I still remember the “Porn destroys Families” billboards outside adult stores cruising on i44 across Missouri. Never understood who’s hearts and minds these signs are supposed to change; I think they’re only to drive the perception they’re in the majority.

      Here’s a better idea: keep god out of public, taxpayer funded buildings. Keep your relationship with god personal. Respect everyone’s different beliefs (or, in my case, lack of beliefs).
